Cancellation & Other Policies:-
In accordance with government regulations, guests must present proof of identity during check-in. This requires an original, government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms of identification include passports for foreign nationals and driving licenses, Aadhar cards, or passports for Indian nationals. PAN cards or office-issued ID cards will not be accepted at the time of check-in.

Every booking requires a guarantee with a bank deposit, valid credit card details or a travel agency prepaid confirmation voucher at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit & debit cards.

Guests are requested to cancel reservations within the stipulated period per the hotel policy. A no-show or late cancellation received shall levy retention charges, including taxes, as applicable. The credit card provided while making the reservation shall be charged.

Two children up to the age of 5 can stay without an extra bed on the same plan booked for 2 adults on a Complimentary Basis.

Children aged between 6 Years to 12 Years can be accommodated in the same room with the additional charges as under,

₹2,000 for Breakfast & Lunch/Dinner
₹2,500 for all the 3 Meals, i.e. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Children above the age of 13 Yrs. & above will be considered adults & can be accommodated in the same room along with an extra bed. Shall be charged additionally as under,

Parents travelling with 2 children will be required to book separate rooms & will be charged accordingly.

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents’ room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on Weekends & high-demand dates.
