1. We kindly remind you that this is home stay and drugs are not tolerated. If smoking any durg use is noticed by the hotel management they are allowed to charge a fine up to 5000 rs and proceed an early check out.2. If any breakeage or any spoilage is found in the property the property has right to ask for amount of breakage depending on brakage.3. If any spoilage is found in the bed, bedsheet,pillow, towels with any kind of stain in it. The property has right to charge for the amount.4 The property has the right to to charge for the wholw day if the checkout goes beyound the checkout time without informing you. 5. Breakfast is served form 8 to 10 am, lunch form 12.30 to 3.00 pm and dinner from 8 to 10 pm. 6. Pets are not alloweded.7. Bills must be settled on presentation personal cheques are not accepted.8. At the time of check in every individual guest staying in the hotel is require to present a valid gov. identity proof which mentions the residential address.
