1 child below 6 years is complimentary sharing the same bed. 2. Extra Child between 06-12 Years shall be charged @Rs. 500/- only. 3. Child above 12 yrs is considered as adult & shall be charged @Rs. 1000 only. 4. Extra bed (rollway mattress bed)

Cancellation Policy
1. No show / Early Check out - Full payment will be charged 2. 0-72 Hours - NO REFUND 3. 72 Hrs -15 Days - 50% of the full tariff will be charged. 4. Above 15 Days - 25% of the full tariff will be charged

1. We kindly remind you that this is home stay and drugs are not tolerated. If smoking any durg use is noticed by the host management they are allowed to charge a fine up to 5000 rs and proceed an early check out.2. If any breakage or any spoilage is found in the property the property has right to ask for amount of breakage depending on breakage. If any spoilage is found in the bed, bed sheet,pillow, towels with any kind of stain in it. The property has right to charge for the amount.
