Our tariff includes charges for one pet per room. Each room will take a maximum of two pets ( supplement cost for one pet applicable). No, there are no additional charges for one pet per accommodation unless you order any meals for him/her while there.It is always better to carry the pet food that your pet is accustomed to. We have a WAGS Menu which offers freshly prepared meals for your pet, which comes at an additional charge. Sanitized water bowls are provided by us.Yes, there is huge open space available within our premises for your pet. In addition, there are paths on the hills just outside the main gate, which could be a wonderful walking experience for your pet.As a courtesy to pets and parents who will stay after you, please take your pet outside the gate, a little away from the room to relieve himself / herself at frequent intervals.. The immediate garden is NOT to be used for this. There will be an additional cleaning charge of Rs.2,000/ should this happen.
Cancellation & Other Policies:-
As per Law, all guests must submit a Photo ID with address ( Driving License, Adhar Card, Passport ). We would also need proof of age for children between 6 to 11 years travelling with you All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Ash trays are provided outdoors for smoking. A sanitization charge of Rs.2,000/ will be billed, should you smoke indoors. We offer three rooms – Deodar, Chir and Sal. Please see the section Your Accommodation for more specific details on each of them. Deodar and ChAir can accommodate two adults plus one additional adult / child using an extra bed. Sal can accommodate two persons. Our tariff includes charges for two adults and one pet, with supplements for additional person/s and pet. Yes, we have adequate safe parking within our premises.
Facilities:-
We do provide toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, soap and towels. No, being at 2,500 ft above sea level, air conditioning is not necessary. We have fans is each room and radiator heaters during winters. Basic invertor back-up is provided. We offer free wi-fi connectivity via Jio Dongles which are provided on arrival. However, since we are in a valley area, the signals are not hi-speed. Your understanding is appreciated.
please note the below points before finalizing your stay:
1. we are located in the foothills of mussoorie- surrounded by mountains and natural reservoir.
2. since we are off grid, the network connectivity is spotty.
3. we dont have any TVs in the room, nature is what you come here for
4. there are beautiful trails nearby that you can explore, you can also head to landour for a day trip (45 mins away)
5. we are known for food, there are pet amenities in all rooms.
