About Property.
AstreVue is a 17 room resort located at a scenic spot at an elevation of 1550 metres (5000 ft) above sea level in the Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand.
Established in 2017, it is a home-grown property managed by a single family and about a dozen employees.
On clear days the property has an excellent view of the snow-clad Himalayan peaks around the Gangotri glacier in the north, and overlooks two deep valleys to the northeast and southwest.
The quaint cantonment town of Lansdowne, with its churches and colonial hill station feel, is a 30-minute drive from AstreVue.
The steep hill slopes around the property are forested with pine, oak, cypress, and a variety of indigenous shrubs/trees such as the local bayberry (kafal).
