All guests must be of at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in at the Hotel
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to Government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hotel.
The identification proofs accepted are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID Card.
Advance taken at the time of reservations is strictly non-refundable.
Non resident guests are not allowed inside the rooms. In case you want to invite someone, you can meet with them in the common areas.
Guest are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
Current rates are subject to the existing tax structure on rooms and meals. Should there be any revision in taxes, the updated rates will apply.
A no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
Any reduction in the number of rooms at the time of check-in will still be charged in full.
Cancellation/modifications before seven clear days from the date of arrival: 80% of the Total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellation/modifications between 4-6 days from the date of arrival: 50 % of the Total booking amount will be refunded.
No refund if the Cancellation/modification intimation is received less than 3 days before the date of arrival.
In case of online money transfer transaction charges/bank charges will not be refunded.
During season time 50% refund on total amount on Cancellation/modification before 1 weeks clear days from the date of arrival after than ‘No show No refund’.
After the initiation of refund it will reflect in the customer(s) account within 3 weeks.
